\n\t\t\t\tWe are in Veneto, in the North East of Italy, in a hilly territory in the province of Treviso, 50 km from Venice and 100 km from the Dolomites. The viticulture here has very ancient origins and the borders of the historical production area have remained largely unchanged since the 1930s.
\nThe production area includes 15 districts, two of which provide the name to the Denomination: Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. \n\t\t\t\tAcerle\u2019s Cartizze\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>[vc_column_text]The Cartizze<\/strong> is a small area within the denomination of only 108 hectares considered the top quality of Conegliano Valdobbiadene. The area, also kown as Pentagono d’oro<\/em> (gold Pentagon), includes steep vineyards in the hills of San Pietro di Barbozza<\/strong>, Santo Stefano<\/strong> and Saccol<\/strong>, in the municipality of Valdobbiadene.
\nThe large rocks that surface in the vineyard of Cartizze di A C E R L E<\/strong> are rich in fossils and remind us that this land, which now dominates with grandeur all the hills that surround it, has a very ancient origin that goes back to the raising of the seabed and lake. The perfect sun exposure, the constant ventilation and the soils formed by moraines, sandstones and clays give this wine unique characteristics.<\/p>\n
